Description: Organic Garage in Vaughan held an Electronic Waste Collection Event on April 12th. The purpose of the event was for people in the local Vaughan community to drop off old and out of use electronics and batteries. The event also featured incredible savings on many environmentally friendly household products carried in Organic Garage. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the Organic Garage bags were donated to the David Suzuki Foundation. Each year, the store collects a generous amount of requests for donations each year. The company felt that choosing the David Suzuki Foundation made their focus and efforts a lot better as it is a great charitable organization.
